Either this products has changed or I received and old or contaminated product. Upon opening if found a dark black material on the inside cap and blocking the pump opening. When I depressed the pump a dark yellow brown product came out. There’s no way I’ll be using this around my eyes.
Used this product for a few weeks before red skin and itchiness started on applied area. Stopped using for several weeks, under eyes slowly recovered. Decided to reapply and give it a second chance but same issues occurred again. Disappointed as this was an expensive buy.I have no problems with other Kiehl's products I use.
I have used this serum for a long time. I just opened a new box that I ordered from Macy's and it is AWFUL!! IT IS ORANGE! And it goes on orange when you put it around your eye. I immediately washed it off with a wash cloth and then couldn't get the stain out of the wash cloth. The product I used in the past had an orangish color out of the bottle but it didn't show up on your skin as orange. Anyway, I am very disappointed. And it's been over 30 days since I ordered so Macys won't let me return. I had no idea it was going to be so different from the previous bottles I've used. I can not recommend this product.
Brightens dark circles, probably due to color of product/cream, lightweight cream.
I can feel the tightening and firming under and along my crow's feet area when I use this product. I feel that there is a visible improvement of my under eye region when using this.
I experienced itchiness, irritation, and dryness after using the product for only a few days. I had to discontinue use.
Love the product; it has helped me reduce puffiness and dark circles.

I had the most severe allergic reaction after using this product for three days. Eyes were swollen shut, itchy and irritated. Had to go to the dr to get a shot and medication
