Good luggage, I’ve had two for a few yearss and they are in good shape. I seceded to buy a third now on sale. It’s stylish and smooth to push. It has the expander zipper and a weight indication which helps to not get overcharged. On the first use the airline did mishandling and the bag has scratches on it which the older bags don’t have, I’m not sure if the material has changed.
On our second trip using this bag, we retrieved it from baggage claim, and it was broken through at the bottom like what a hard plastic cup might do if dropped on the ground.
I just realized that I accidentally purchased two Delsey Shadow 5.0 Expandable 24” Check-in Spinner Luggage (Macy’s Exclusive). I only need one suitcase. Would it be possible to return or cancel one of them and keep the other?

The box was open, its thread was loose around the zip and it was obvious that edges were turned to check the thread. But the luggage itself is good.
Quality bag. Detector for overweight bag is very handy.
