Stila Stay All Day Dual-Ended Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner

Lovely blue color but I got very few uses from the pen, four, before it was too dry and done. Too expensive for limited use.

I use this Stila eyeliner on my bottom lashes and the eyeliner stays on for almost 24 hours. I pair it with a pencil eyeliner. Even when I exercise and run it still looks great. I do not wear it on my top lashes because the lids are oily and it smudges.

I was impressed the moment I realized this liner gives a deep black, slightly glossy finish that makes my eyes look more defined and "popping." The tip is very flexible, so it's easy to create the wing shape I like. The formula is excellent: it dries quickly, so I can clip my eyelashes right after applying without worrying about smudging. It's also waterproof and sweat-proof, which is a must for me living in a high-humidity climate. But one time, the tip dried out and barely released any product, I'm not sure why. But a few weeks later, the ink flow came back and it performed perfectly again. Overall, I'll definitely repurchase

I went to Ulta and they were out. I decided to visit the site. Not only this color, but the entire collection. It made my day. So many fun colors to work with to give the eyes a pop and bold look. I have gotten so many compliments.

Second time I try a Stila eyeliner with a "fun" color and it was just a waste of money. The color end is basically dry. And if it touches the black eyeliner, the tip of the pen absorbs the black ink and basically dryes the color of the tip. It happened the same thing with the stay all day violet color I bought before. This time I tried to return the same day I received and they denied. The color I got is the Mai Tai and it's also too light. Very different than what it's shown in the picture here. The violet haze that I tried before is the same thing. I will just stay away from stila products.

This eyeliner was thankfully my FOREVER eyeliner for the last decade and some; didn't smudge after a long messy day at work (in healthcare), and with monolids these were stellar. Easy to remove at end of day without stubborn smudging. However, my most recent purchase of this eyeliner in the black (and I tried them all to make sure it wasn't a one-off mistake) was not the same formula at all. Smudging within the morning, difficult to remove at night (very stubborn smudgy..) It also does not look the same when applied. It doesn't dry matte like it used to; it has a foil-y sheen like Fenty's liquid liner, and my same setting shadow I've used for the last 5 years doesn't sink as well into the liner either. I hope they bring back the original formula please!!! In the meantime I unfortunately will have to find another liquid black liner :(

Stay All Day was my gold standard for liquid eyeliner. I didn't want to use anything else. It made bold, crisp lines effortlessly that lasted all day and then came off easily and gently at night with micellar water. Then my pen ran out and I ordered a replacement a few months ago from the Stila site, and it just was not the same. It didn't adhere to my skin as well and it went on kinda transparent and needed numerous layers to look dark and solid. Then that pen ran out and I ordered another one last week, and it seems different yet again. I still need to go over it numerous times to get a dark black line, but now suddenly micellar water does practically nothing to remove it and I end up needing to use harsher products on my eyes to get it off before bed. I still use Stay All Day often, but I'm starting to experiment with other brands again because I've become a bit disappointed with my favorite eyeliner. I want my old Stay All Day back again 😭 I'm not sure if I'm just getting weird batches (from the official site), or if they've reformulated it into something that doesn't work as well for me. It's still a great eyeliner once I'm done struggling to put it on--I get compliments on it regularly still and it stays put all day as advertised, but it went from easy to frustrating in both application and removal.

First of all I am obsessed with mascara, I've used them all. But this magic stuff in a tube is so amazing. The brush is so nice and it has my lashes looking long, curl and dark. Not one single clump and it's not to thick, it's perfect! I'm ordering 5 more before they sell out.

I have been using the black eyeliner for years and I love it. So I decided to try the midnight and the intense smoky quartz and they're both horrible. They don't apply a solid line and sometimes it seems the brush tip is removing more than it's applying, when I'm trying to fill the patches the liner left. The black is still the best eyeliner I've ever used, but I won't waste my money on any others ever again.
