[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I use a tea kettle several times a day. Our old whistling tea kettle needed to be replaced for awhile. I had the hardest time in finding a suitable replacement as most of the higher end brands that whistle are very heavy, and even heavier when full. The MacKensie-Child’s goes amazingly well with our kitchen backsplash. I am removing a star as it doesn’t whistle (which clearly I knew when purchased). Getting use to that, but have concern it can boil dry if not paying attention. Also the wooden handle can get hot. In summary lovely to look at but functionality not as practical as I would like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a cute and unique tea kettle. Unfortunately, it didn't look great in our kitchen but I still loved the style. The handle and the top give it something extra. It's like a little jewel. I wish it had worked for us but wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
