For this price point, it's only $50 cheaper than the Breville Pro, so the temperature increments shouldn't be 25°F. There should also be an option to turn off the fan because there are cheaper models that accommodate that, so you might not want to bake a cake in this. Again, I understand it's a convection oven, but at least have the option to turn off the fan, ESPECIALLY AT THIS PRICE.
I absolutely love the versatility of this until! Fast, easy and on the countertop. Best brand, best value for sure.

Takes a little to get used to but it is just what I wanted for the two of us. Heats up so quick and cools down just as quick. Perfect for summer when I do t want to heat up the kitchen (we don’t have A/C). The alert beep is not obnoxious like my refrigerator!

This has been an excellent addition to my kitchen from baked potatoes and small batch cookies to roast chicken and perfect toast. My advice is read the manual, twice if needed. It’s not a rocket but it’s not a toaster.

So easy to use and adjust to different functions! Ooooo REHEAT- this is another feature once you use you will love and wonder how I you made it without it!
The selection and temp knob skips around. No matter how slow or carefully you rotate them. I end up just using the preset buttons. We purchased the model without the digital screen but it only worked for a month.
Oven must be disconnected after use - this is impractical given that it needs to sit in a built-in cabinet. There should be a regular on/off switch.
