it was so bad I try keeping it and try to work with it but it only has one on and off button the steam coming out it slow and not even hot it dont other settings so a person can try to figure out what us going on with it steam should be quick. and not take an hour to stem
Not as great as i thought it would be. It does heat up fast. But i find it doesn't steam liike they made it seem.. i find myself going over the clothes twice to get the wrinkles out. If you want to get it to save space in your suitcase then get this ..

I bought it for my Europe trip and soon as I plugged it in it burned. Very poor quality.
The Chi Travel Steamer works exactly as listed. It was ready to use in less than a minute. I was able to steam clothing on vacation easily. Cooled quickly as well. It held a reasonable amount of water so I didn’t need to refill when steaming a dress or blouse. Would buy again in a heartbeat!
Doesn’t do much to get all out and takes forever hand held no good!

That being said, hers was more bulky. This CHI steamer takes up the same amount of space as a flat iron, so it’s super easy to take with me on work trips. I travel every week and this is a good option if you want to be able to steam your dry-clean-only garments on the road. It took me several tries to finally get the hang of it, and you sometimes have to touch the steamer to your clothes, but it definitely works. I tried it on a heavier cotton shower curtain, and it just didn’t have the power for it. Overall pros: Great for clothing Super compact, travels great, comes with travel bag Heats up in less than 30 secs Overall cons: Not the best handheld steamer I’ve used Would not recommend for heavier fabrics Runs out of water relatively quickly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This handheld garment steamer works great. I absolutely HATE to iron. Like ironing is one of my least favorite things to do. It isn't heavy and you only need one hand to work it. This steamer gets the wrinkles out and is easy to use. I love that it is so easy to travel with. It doesn't take up much room at all. It is easy to add water and it doesn't take much water at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First at all the steamer is very convenient and works well. Hamilton Beach is one of the best that has great products. Since I got this I use it for my kids uniforms more easy to use that the ordinary iron. I do have to refill the reservoir with water multiple times which is not cool. Overall is one efficient steamer, this one is lightweight, easy to clean, easy to use, great for traveling and it doesn't need a lot of space.
