Crappy delivery service
It's been two weeks and I still have not received my products. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FOR CHRISTMAS FROM MACYS BECAUSE THE ITEMS YOU ORDER WILL NOT GET THEIR IN TIME. VERY SLOW

What size is this
I bought this thinking it was 24 ounces I cannot even put 8 ounces in this. I think this is a 6 ounce or less 0 cup of coffee

Espresso pot
Aweful, poorly made. Knob on top was off, no screw to put it back in place. Packaging was awful. Pot was in a plastic baggie just thrown in a box and shipped. Poor quality metal as well. I could go on. Macys has lowered their standards. Im very dissatisfied

Un Useable
Bad product, can't make a espresso. Macys should not sell this junk product and should not delivery improper package, I did not find any customer instruction manual that's why I returned this item.
