I do really love this Tot bag. I do have 1 complaint. I only used it for a one week and the handle on the tote is already coming apart.
This is a beautiful bag, but the shoulder straps cracked after two uses. The return process was efficient and easy. I am thankful for that. Let's hope the replacement bag has straps that are sturdier.
I bought the whole set for my daughter for Christmas. I loved it and hope she does too.
Previously I would pack my laptop in my hardshell carry on and carry a crossbody purse. Now I’ve reconfigured my travel strategy to use this shoulder bag to pay my laptop AND my small crossbody, freeing up valuable storage in my hardshell carryon; which will also make it lighter for overhead stowage.
