The chain is super thin and it came tangled, I have been trying for more than two hours and I couldn’t untangle it. I don’t know what to do!!! I’m thinking about returning this item. The butterfly is beautiful, but the chain is not worth it.

the chain was knotted took it to the closes Macy, the sales clerk in jewelry around an 1/2 an hour for the clerk to fix the chain.

Beautiful and delicate. You can wear it two different ways - the colors on each side and slightly different.
It is a beautiful charm but the chain is very very thin and a little difficult to put on if you don’t have dainty hands. I put it on a different chain and it’s beautiful.
