Farberware SmartBrown Nonstick Bakeware Sheet Pans, Set of 2

The pans are very nice however they were labeled as insulated which I was specifically looking for. Similar to AirBake which unfortunately don’t come in the size I need. If they are in fact insulated, it is a very slight amount.

They are nice enough pans but although they are called ‘Insulated’ I was hoping they were like Air Bake pans. Far less insulation.

My wife's cookies have never burned since starting to use the air insulated cooking sheets.

I bought these because my crescent rolls, biscuits and cookies were getting burned on the bottom before they were baked on the top, even in my convection oven. These air-insulated cookie sheets solved the problem completely. Now, they just get golden brown on the bottom, and golden brown on the top. No more burned rolls! The smaller one is perfect for just a few rolls, while the bigger one can bake a LOT of cookies at one time. Thanks!

Great cooking sheets! Nice weight and very smooth surface. Easy clean up and things cook very evenly. Try them for baking bacon!

It's perfect. Fish sticks and shrimp don't need turning.

My pans are warping! Only used them twice to bake cookies.

I know the price is a little high compared to non-insulated baking pans, but to those who haven’t tried insulated - try it, you will never go back to non-insulated pans. Burning the bottom of food has never happened with these pans - and burning regularly would happen with typical pans.
