Shark Vertex Upright Vacuum

I bought this a few weeks ago and we love it. We live the durability the tools and hiw versatile it is.

This unit was a replacement for my defective Apex machine. I was extremely pleased that Shark elected to replace the old machine at no cost to me rather than work through a repair of the 2022 unit. So far it functions on a level equivalent to the old unit. My only complaint is the lack of lighting on the wand, but I am otherwise very pleased.

This thing will suck your soul out! Unbelievable suction! I love how versatile it is also. Hair doesn't get tangled up around the brush roll like other vacuums. The roller comes out to make it easy for cleaning. The odor neutralizer is also a great feature.

Great, I love this vacuum, so powerful. It gets everything in it's way, so be careful with clothes and small things. . Also, it's super easy to assemble and use.

I hate this vacuum. My shark navigator died and I bought this supposedly similar one to replace it. They have cheapened everything. The connections are unstable and often snap out after you try to put pieces back together. Often when I try to plug it in it doesn't turn on, so I have to check all the connections to find out which wiggled loose and is causing the problem. They took the light off of the wand piece, which is inconvenient. When things get trapped, you cannot open the head of the vacuum anymore to clear it out, or remove the large brush roll, so every clog is terribly hard to remove. It doesn't even suck as well as the earlier model. I am very unhappy with this purchase.

Love the maneuverability, and it has great suction. I live with a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, and the Shark Stratos Upright Vacuum does an incredible job cleaning my bedroom carpet. It's easy to maneuver in tight spaces, and it is very convenient for fur removal from the container, simply and efficiently.

Vacuum works well. Warranty helped as they did not have parts in stock for repair so they replaced our vacuum at no charge.

There's no doubt this vacuum has really strong suction, but it’s Heavy and hard to Maneuver! I bought on sale and tossed the box before I realized it’s hard for me to use! So I’m stuck with it.
