Had the E28 for less than 3 months. The the detachable portable cleaner was broken from the first day and I was sent another. Then it had issues docking which i had to shim the lip up just right for successful docking. Then it had issues with water ports... At 3 months in it was too many issues to keep it. I do not recommend this vacuum.
Its size is just right. This little robot gets in and around my dining room table and chairs, which is an area that my other robot vacuum couldn't do without having to remove the chairs. The roller-style mopping system does a much better job cleaning my floors then the vibration mop on my other robot. As for the vacuum system, I have five dogs, and the hair is a problem, but this vacuum system seems to be handling it just fine, whereas my older robot had difficulty with clogs and hair winding up in the rollers. As for the small attached steam cleaner, this has been invaluable, as one of my dogs was ill the other day and had thrown up on my area rug, which this took care of with ease.
It cant park itself. Continues to say error. Goes in circles around home and fails to dock.

This is the best investment I’ve ever made. You walk into your home after a long day at work and you see a perfectly nice neat clean house that is just amazing.
We are excited to have eufy as part of our team. Our office floors are matte and otherwise it would be a nightmare to keep up with them. We've had the iRobot in the past and they haven't lasted. So, we were hesitant at first to make the investment but eufy was highly recommended.
Best robot vacuum mop ever! A little noisy when it emptirs just run during the day !
Keep on bumping chair legs, pushed my dining chair going to the living room, suct my charger cord, suct some of my kitchen floor rugs, hit and miss in recognizing things like shoes, cords, bags, sleepers. There are some areas that did not clean. Mopping is good. vacuuming is good.
This is my first Robot Vacuum and I'm not disappointed. Although I've had to readjust it (its gets stuck) several times, it does a great job overall. Also its really loud when its cleaning itself, but I can't complain if its doing a great job. Awesome product and I will be continuing to buy EUFY.
