I've always used this brand. I love the design and taste of the rice.

Before buying this, I really only purchased Zojirushi rice cookers. I grew up with this brand and have always trusted them but the Cuckoo have been impressive and when it comes to touch, feel of the hardware itself, it feels about the same. Oh and the rice is good too. This is a quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one for a back up - The box isn't open yet since we have the CRP-EHSS0309F model over 7 years and it still works until now (only the inner pot has been replaced in April 2025) - The cooker does more than my family expected - With high pressure and IH, the rice tastes delicious every time. We thank for producing an excellent product and all services have been provided.
