Comfort
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These booties are such a statement piece. Pair them with straight leg jeans or leggings, pretty much any top will do depending on the occasion & you have a 10/10 outfit every single time.
I want to love these boots but the right boot is noticeably smaller or differently sized (shorter?) than the left boot and it is very painful to wear. I purchased them for a long work trip, so I kept them, but fully regret the price tag (and prolonged pain) of that decision. I was hoping the right boot would stretch out but I don't know how many hours of pain I can put into that endeavor. I don't necessarily find them difficult to put on per other reviewers. The design and material are stylish, if only I could wear them. I received compliments on my work trip, but in my mind was thinking "if only you knew what these are costing me". Construction could use some work. Sad.

This is my second pair of Chelsea Boots. I wear them almost exclusively all winter because they go with everything, have great tread and they are weather proof. I had to order a new pair because my original pair developed a crack on the sole and my foot got soaked after a wet snow storm. To be fair, I had that pair for at least four years.
EXPENSIVE AND NOT COMFORTABLE
This is my second time buying this boot! It's so comfortable and makes any outfit feel put together. I love it!
A salesperson commented that this was the most comfortable boots, even with bunions. She had other customers rave about the comfort these shoes provided. She was 100% correct. No breaking in required. Perfect fit, soft leather, light and comfortable on Day 1 of use. I love it!
