I have had this less than 1 month and have used 3 times. It will not turn on. This was not a refurbished tool. I should have listened to the reviews. Will be calling my credit card. I have put I. A request. But since the other review was correct. I’m sure getting a hold of the company one IS true

Can’t raise temperatures more than 4 points. I have curly and thick hair need high temperatures

Bought less than a month ago. Used 4-5 times and now it won't turn on. DO NOT BUY THIS FLATIRON.

This iron is too heavy, I feel like I am lifting weights, my work load is too much, I can’t work with this iron, it hurts my hand
