I love is Dutch oven. I have made no knead bread and it was delicious. It retains heat browns perfectly. I love the finish it is seasoned perfectly. You can cook on the lid and I plan to use this in the future. It’s not as heavy as I thought. I really love it.

I bought this Dutch cast iron for making my sourdough bread. So far it’s worked like a charm.

I have several dutch ovens from not so expensive to pretty expensive. This is my absolute favorite. Its perfect for bread baking (what I've used it for mostly), chili for a crowd, cornbread etc etc etc. Its heavy so be careful. I haven't used the grill part other than as a lid, but I really don't need it and didn't get it for that anyways. For the price, you will not be disappointed. Again, check the weight--it is heavy.
