The best pot that makes my food taste different. It actually slow cooks the meal
I own a WMF stainless steel sauce pan from 1990, a Calphalon stainless steel from 2008 which warped, so my husband recommended All-CLAD and gave it to me as an anniversary gift. It was expensive and not worth the quality of the steel. The WMF stainless pan "runs" (not sticky, nice even cooking). Even the Calphalon stainless steel quality is better although the pan is slightly warped. I season my stainless pans - all 3 the same and I can't say the quality of All-CLAD stainless steel is what you pay for. It's a medium quality pan for a really high price tag.
Great pant nice even heat great balance in pan love eggs
Not suitable for use on conductive stoves the heat from a conductive stove will warp these pans very easily
i have have been using the copper core products for awhile and just purchased this one. If you follow the directions how to use them, they are easy to use and easy to clean. i love my all-clad. i use them daily.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] substantial pan; heats well; cooks perfectly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great pan; love using it
A well-made pan, but very difficult to clean. After frying potatoes in olive oil, residual food stuck to the pan and after 30 minutes of scrubbing, still is not clean. This is a lot of money to spend for this much frustration.
Cooking with these is so easy the quality is excellent
