Delivery instructions were to put it in my black package box as I knew it was arriving that day, and I put several ice packs in the package box and upon delivery. It was left on top of my package box in the heat and sun, so the chocolates were all melted.
Product arrived destroyed and melted ! Impossible to eat as even the box is covered in chocolate
Chocolates arrived today 6/22/26 instead of initial delivery date 6/19/22 The chocolates are completely melted! The ice pack was hot liquid. chocolates are melted all over the inside of tin. I am truly disgusted with this gift for my father. I would like a replacement. Truly disgusted.
