Dyson Corrale Hair Straightener | Copper/Nickel

2nd pair after previous ones battery gave up & didn’t work whilst it was plugged I. I really hope this doesn’t happen with this pair

It runs out of charge quickly. And the airport ransacked my case to find them as they don’t know what they are!

Actual Use is, as with all Dyson products, just simply great. The only complaint I have is when turning the appliance off - the instructions are not clear and if I take my finger off the close button when other lights disappear, it can be too soon and it does not turn off. If Zi do this for too long, it restarts the appliance. Not easy.

I have a lot of hair, the battery doesn't last at all, and I feel like it caused more breakage.

Great whilst they last however they seem to die just after the warranty period expires with varying problems. A lot of these problems could be resolved if Dyson would design them to make parts changeable but they clearly don’t want to do that because they just want you to keep buying new replacements every time.

I don’t like these straighteners, the plates do not glide through the hair at all, I can feel my hair catching and being pulled in the grooves at the side of the plates. I also don’t really rate the overall look of my hair after using them. The only reason I’ve given two stars is for the lower heat setting and the fact they’re cordless. They are NOT value for money.

This is the second pair I have had. First pair I had for over 6 years and only replaced due to battery life reducing which was done to wear and tear. I have very long and thick hair, they straighten my hair perfectly and without any damage. I also have the hairdryer and air wrap. Wouldn’t use anything other than Dyson

I been Dyson costumer for around 6 years, and i love all their products. The straightener is wonderful and very practical for traveling

I am on my third straightener as the first 2 stopped working, my first straightener lasted a few months before it stopped working so it was still under warranty and was replaced without any hassles. The second straightener lasted longer before it had the same issue as the first straightener this time it was out of warranty so I had to pay to have it replaced. I am now on my third straightener and so far no problems and I've had it for about 8 months or so, hopefully 3rd time lucky. I like that it is cordless when using but it runs out of battery power very quickly. It does straighten hair well, but no better than my old cloud nine. I wouldn't purchase another one.

Really outstanding results;instructions need to be idiot proof and compact (handy cheat sheet would be welcome)
