Horrible experience!
Do not buy a gift for someone from Macy's. At check out I was given one ship date, then several days later order still is not processed and estimated ship date is 9 days later. Worst of all, Macy's will only cancel an order (for any reason!) in the first 30 minutes! even though my order was never actually processed - it is still not cancelable. This is *insane*. Conveniently the later ship date was not showing in those first 30 minutes! I will never order anything from Macy's again. This was a time-sensitive gift and is useless to receive 10 days later.
