Dont expect it to taste like honey, Its Manuka honey, I look at it as medicane,I . I mainly use manuka when i feel something coming on or if i have an itchy throat or cough . This seems to help . I do wish manuka would come in better packaging, preferably glass.

I looked for a high quality Manuka honey, after comparing for a while I found this one in a reasonable price between the range of higher or lower quality of UMF/MGO rate. It’s full of flavor, rich and creamy. The taste is a bit different than a regular honey, I loved it. Been using it to get stronger for the winter, it was very helpful when I felt like coming up with itchy throat or something, worked great for me. I use it as sweetener or taking a little teaspoon. The package is pretty but the design is a bit unpractical for the square edges when it’s about to end. Bigger size would probably be better, but it’s very concentrated, so no need for a lot of the product every time.

I'm new to manuka honey. it has many health benefits but can be somewhat expensive. loved this and am so glad I tried it. Will definitely be reordering this

For skin irritation used, good experience with it. Internal usation i feel by now no difference.

it's really really effective against H.pylori in the stomach , it cause ulcers , nausea and really bad for the body ... but the manuka honey kills it , helps in digestion , blotting and overall gut health..taste amazing .. size is good for the price . if the package is glass it would be far more greater
