Awful customer service!
Necklace came with diamonds missing. Tried contacting seller since it’s a third party and they never responded after multiple attempts. Customer service is non existent. When contacted Macys they pretty much told me to return the necklace and they could reship but item seems to be no longer available. No correspondence from seller. Macys should stop with the third party sellers. I came to purchase from Macys not from another company. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY
