Health conscience
This is a fabulous pan, I am so glad I purchased it. My son does a lot of eggs for meal prep and I was worried about other pans coatings. This pan is the only one I could find that addressed that issue.

Square Griddle Pan

Disappointed
The griddle itself worked beautifully but the weight of the item makes it difficult to wash and dry it. After using it only once, I let it cool down and washed it. My left arm is weak from surgery when I went to dry it with a towel, the weight was uncomfortable for my left arm and I accidentally tapped the griddle on the edge of my counter and the paint in the griddle came off. For the price of this item, this is unacceptable.
