Effective adaptogen
I've been very stressed for quite some time now. I've decided to try Ashwagandha because of the list of benefits I've read about and to help me maintain a good health and as a support for my fitness journey. I've been taking this twice a day, but take double when I know I will go through a long day and need more boost in my energy. This is an effective adaptogen.
