Serta Soothing Cool Gel Memory Foam Pillow, Queen

Pillows are very comfortable. There was a smell had to leave them out overnight in air to remove odor also removed covers to wash them in mild soap an warm water. Price was great. Happy with purchase so far! Didn't see initially instructions were already there came with pillows so read them.

Ordered two of them and both showed up with some kind of blemish. One looked like someone rubbed their face against it with makeup on. The other one looked like it had drool spots on it, or some kind of spots that look similar. Makes me think I did not get two new products, but two items that had been previously returned then re-sold.

I got two different types of pillows and I instantly loved this ones. I like them so much that now i got the queen size for kmy kids. They are just the right size, comfortable and at a good price!

A softer, lighter weight memory foam pillow that cradles your head but isn't so high that it causes neck pain like many thicker ones do. As for the cooling - not so much. But it's nice that it has a removable cover for washing. It does smell when you first get it, so it needs to be aired out for several days.

Great pillow for comfort. Back or side sleeper would like this one.

Was looking for a quality pillow that is reasonably priced. Found this Serta on line, and thought I would take a chance on it. IT'S AWESOME! I'm very happy with this quality product!

I ordered this cooling pillow online and was excited to try it out—it looked and felt great. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it had a strong, unpleasant odor. I tried spraying it with Febreze, but that didn’t help. As much as I liked the cooling feature, I just couldn’t get past the smell and had to return it.
