Very good, contact surface is 7.5 inches
Very well designed for making pancakes. First time try was very good, no oil used even initially and a pancake did not stick. Just to be aware that actual contact diameter with the cook top burner is 7.5 inches. In me case it is very good as I already have other bigger pan for larger burner (I always use two pans to make the process faster).
