Two different sized shoes
I was excited to get my mid-calf boots in the mail, but when I opened it, I noticed a different customer's packaging/bag was inside the shoe box. That was a red flag, so I inspected the shoes more closely and saw that they were two DIFFERENT sizes— one was 6.5 and the other was 7.5. I didn't even bother trying on the shoes. Immediate return.

3rd party bad seller
Bought some for my wife and because I bought them early before her birthday and she the didnt feel good they were out the 30 days notice and would not return or store credit at all! Would strongly recommended STAYING AWAY from this seller.

Misleading
So definitely noticed the one picture being different from the rest was thinking the boots were going to be the higher one with more lace holes but no it’s the one picture of the shorter one …really disappointed by this was not looking for a boot the was a little higher than my ankle..it is a gorgeous boot leather is amazing but definitely the same boot the one picture that’s shorter

The boot is beautiful. I ordered a half size bigger. I had to return because it was too small. Now I'm scared to order it again because it's really small. Idk
