The size shown on your website does not match the size that is actually sent to the customer. According to your size chart, size 8 is equivalent to EU 38, so I ordered size 8. However, the shoe box I received says EU 39. There seems to be a one size difference between the sizing information on your website and the actual product you send. This is misleading, as I selected my size based on the size chart provided on your website.

Timeless and comfortable heels. Love the wood stacked heel and the height is just right for work attire. Very comfortable fit.

I actually got these in Lauren Tan from another site only because when I needed them, Ralph didn’t have any on his website. I’m quite surprised that no one ever left a review on these! I just got to say, these fit true to size and are luxurious and comfortable even for work. They’re just the right height and I absolutely love them so much, I’m buying a Black pair. Hopefully Ralph can get us some more colors! 🥰

These are the most comfortable heels I’ve ever worn. I’m a size 5.5. Originally bought my first pair of these at DSW from the clearance rack. It fit perfectly when I tried it on. I sell cars for a living so I’m on my feet all day. I rarely feel foot fatigue/pain by the end of my shift. 100/10!!!

Love my pumps! Exchanged a size 7 for a 7.5 because 7 was a little tight. The exchange shoes arrived 4 days earlier than had been indicated. Perfect fit! I have never gone wrong with my Ralph Lauren pumps and flats.

Which is dirty and old. I bought a new pair but received a floor samples. It is totally unacceptable.

Another pair and another 5 stars. These shoes are classy, fabulous looking and oh so comfortable! They are padded inside for more comfort. You cannot go wrong with this investment in quality.

I ordered the shoe in black "suede", but received a black velvet shoe, which I have no need for and will return - plus I used earned rewards money toward the purchase. This description needs to be corrected. Other than this inconvenience it is a nice and comfortable shoe.
