Not Clark quality.
The inersoles are thin and come out or wrinkle when you take your feet out of the shoe. If I had tried them on in the store probably would have not purchase.

Clark’s Cloud Stepper Shoes
The company sent the wrong size. Whenever I have a return I use Macys in the Randhust mall in Iliinois. There always seems to be a problem returning things there. I provide my receipts and original packing label and materials. Returns don’t go smoothly at that location

Unwearable
Bought these shoes to replace the exact same shoe in the exact same size. They were my everyday go-to shoe. The new shoes were unwearable. There was a seam that pressed into my foot and they seemed narrower than the last pair. I really wanted to like them, but there was no point--they caused pain. I love Clarks' shoes in general, but not these.

Disappointed
Both the pair size is different, after a wear one ahoe is too loose other is tight. N also rubs the back of the foot. Want to return, but can’t find the option.
