Lots of padding for maximum comfort

It also comes with two foam blocks which come in handy for some exercises. The mat itself is made of a thick foam that is soft but durable. This mat is pretty thick so it is very comfortable to do activities on. It even has a knee pad to provide even more padding if you need it. Overall, I think that this is a great product and I would really recommend giving it a try.

Amazing quality mat and accessories!

I really enjoyed the accessories that came with it as well. The blocks and the additional pad allow you to move around and still have protection on your knees or elbows.

The blocks are perfect and versatile. It’s long so I can lay completely flat on it very comfortably. It rolls up nicely and comes with a little handle that is easy to reattach.
