Tried to return this item that I no longer need. No where did it say cannot be returned. I bought the dress and now I can't return it.

Very beautiful

It is pretty but the dress did not fit and I did not know I could not return it.

BEAUTIFUL BUT JUST TOO BIG AND LONG FOR ME....I CONTACTED, SEVERAL SEAMSTRESSES AND THEY ALL WANTED 275.00 AND MORE TO FIX IT...AND ONE EVEN SAID ITS TOO PRETTY TO CUT UP....SO I RETURNED, IT..AND WILL BE GOING TO THE MACY'S STORE, AND MAKE SURE I TRY THE GOWNS ON..BEFORE PURCHASING. UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS RETURNED. SOMEONE TALLER WILL LOVE IT...

Got this dress for my mom, mother of the groom, she loves it, covers her arms and is not revealing, fits great and looks just like the picture!

Beading looked more subtle in the photo. Was actually quite oversized and garish. The dress was so excessively long that adequately shortening to fit my 5' frame would have not only completely removed the unembellished lower area, which gave the dress more balance and subtlety. Adequate shortening would also have cut into the beaded area, which would be unsightly. Finally, the dress looked light and flowing in the photo; was actually stiff and heavy.

Loved this dress! Wore it to a wedding, Got tons of compliments! I am 5'4. I had to get it hemmed but it was well worth it!

The gown came in a large box but was not on a hanger or in a plastic wrap. It was missing large swaths of beads, which were not loose in the box, indicating that they were missing before the gown was packaged to be sent. there were ooose threads, which were entangled int he labels on the dress, further damaging the item. I returned the dress to Macys
