Received damaged dress with stains and rips. Material seems cheap for the price

Pretty dress. Great color. My daughter bought this as a back up option from prom. It's pretty but could also be worn for a wedding or nice dinner. It was on sale so it made it a must buy.

The fit and style is nice but it arrived dirty with packaging markings at the bottom of dress. It’s too late to return since prom is in a few days so my daughter will have to wear as is.. so bummed!

I bought a dress. When i hung it up for my daughter, and one of the hanger string was broken and tied into a knot-- okay no big deal. Then, looked down and clearly saw a hand print- looked like make up residue, turn the dress around and found one side was torn, and then the other side too, and some drink stains. The tags had loose thread. It was obvious this dress was worn and returned. It was disgusting and laziness that some employee would even consider to send this dress! Truly annoyed in that moment. Will have a hard time considering online ordering-
