This is the best cookie sheet I have ever purchased. I have made assorted cookies on it, and they do not stick but come right off with my plastic spatula. I also use it when I heat prepared food in other containers so if anything runs over it does not splash my oven. The sheet then gets washed with a warm soapy sponge and is clean again. I'm glad to have replaced my aluminum cookie sheet with this one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The nonstick coating is great! The food slid right off! However I am a bit disappointed with the blue coating on the bottom side of the pan. After using it once, the color has already scratched off from just taking it in and out of the oven.
