I did like it but its awfully expensive for what it does so I an thinking my existing blow dryer may be able to accomplish same thing

It's a different kind of hair dryer. Its powerful and adjustable. It's very light. I have had high end hair dryers, but like everything else Dyson has, their products are made well and unique. I took advantage of a sale and decided to splurge, because even with a sale Dyson cost more. Somehow, it's always worth the extra expense, copy-cats don't quite get it. My hair dry's very fast and still allows me to style it. I'm loving this little dryer.

I bought this for myself as a birthday present. It is so lightweight. It is much easier to handle than the older model I have. I only have the use of one hand/arm and also struggle with tennis elbow in my functioning arm. This model is incredibly lightweight but super powerful. The comb attachment makes it very easy to dry my hair. It is worth every penny I paid for it. I love it!

I have looked ng thick hair. This dryer is quiet. I use the medium heat setting and high volume air and it dries my hair faster than my old model dyson. Leaves a silky finish and the design is easy to handle.
