Bought this to wear for my bridal shower

I bough this dress for my birthday, but I never wear it. The zipper is too hard to close down due to the waist beading. It stacks in the waist area, mainly. I tried to return it the next day, but the manager store refused to take it back although it has all the tags on it. Sorry Macys, I will never order a dress from your web site.

Returning
The second I took this dress out of the bag beads and sequins were falling off of it. Also, I had a very hard time trying to unzip the dress. I’ll be returning this item.
