I wanted a smoothing flat iron and I had high hopes. However, this iron pulled my hair so bad even with heat protectant. I also like for it to not be so hot but it only goes down to 320. I will be returning
This is a nice flat iron. It doesn't seem to damage my hair as much as the other flat iron I was using. My only problem with it is it doesn't stay straight for very long. Less than a day. I turned it up to 385 and still the same.
I love the handle. Performs well.
