I have a tendency not to believe those giving reviews that are doing it for promotional benefits. That's it!! I will perhaps try this formula although I would prefer not have the "milk thistle" ingredient. And I HAD to check the box that said recommend this product

Overall my energy has been very good with this and have noticed some weight loss - not sure if that’s attributed to this or not. Please make sure when taking that you are well hydrated and have eaten a full meal. If not, it can upset your stomach!

It is in an easy to take capsule. Suggested uses three times a day with meals. I haven't been taking it long enough to notice significant benefits but I'm going to keep taking it and see if my labs improve next time they are drawn!

I have very little left in the bottle to go and I have seen no change in my health or weight or anything. So I honestly don’t know if I would recommend this or not. I haven’t seen any adverse effects from this. There’s no bad taste or smell or anything. It is easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Maybe it takes longer to see changes. I’m not sure. It is not terribly expensive so if you’re interested in trying this I think it might be worth trying out.
