Has gotten me through a tough year of low quality air due to wildfires and cooling when I go to sleep when my AC broke during Summer. The best and it is so convenient to check air quality or control remotely through the My Dyson app.
I bought this after having my roof replaced and having severe offgassing that somehow came into our living space. It helped tremendously to make our bedroom livable. I can visually see the air being cleaned on the screen and watch as the VOC's and other numbers decrease. I can also feel it. I also thoroughly enjoy the humidifier component, as I live in Arizona, and it is dry. It's wonderful, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to have cleaner air.
Probably the worst Dyson product I have purchased. Really doesn’t do much of anything. I have it set on 10 for fan speed and don’t feel much of anything. Even directing it directly at me doesn’t have much impact. It does heat as well as cool so hopefully that works better, but I am not optimistic. I did purchase it refurbished so maybe it’s defective, so I suppose I should return it. Just a hassle.
Right now I can only comment on the quality of the product and the accompanying app. Both are excellent. The machine is quiet, and quite attractive. We are about to get smoke from all those AMERICAN wildfires up here in Canada so we’ll see how well it performs soon. I can tell about the humidity component yet. That will be tested this winter
This was our second one. We have one upstairs in the primary and this one is in the living room.
It’s nice, replaces three machines. Expensive for what it is. Works good I think the filter will need changing at 6 months.
This machine is not worth half the price it sells for. It is far too weak to do anything Good or clean a large area. They might do a good job filtering and cleaning the air, but there’s really no telling because It’s too weak to do a decent job. It is not very loud, but It does not cool enough due to lack of air circulation. Never had the opportunity to use the humidifier so I can’t say anything about that
I received my Dyson Air Purifier/ Humidifier as a tenure gift from my employer. I’ve had it about 7 weeks and very happy with my selection. I use it in my small 10x10 bedroom and it makes the room significantly cooler and the air fresher. It is very quiet and does not bother my sleeping at all. I did have some concerns with the humidifier not working, but after a little online research I didn’t have the humidity setting high enough. After changing the setting the humidifier functionality has worked great. One last comment I really like the easy to use app and the remote control. It’s been a great gift.
I have owned this less than two months and I now have to take it in for service for the third time. All for the humidifier function not working. It is currently sitting on my table broken because it’s an hour round-trip just to take it to the service center
After moving to an arid area, we love the humidity this product adds to our 2nd floor.
