I did notice a difference in my energy levels. However, I became unbearably nauseous regardless if I ate prior or not. Not sure why but it is hard for me to speak on the good when I mainly expierenced the bad. Such a bummer :(

These are easy to just grab and go. I like that they are specially formulated to give me a natural caffeine pick me up. I also like the alertness I get from these more than my coffee. I feel like I’m mentally quicker. The pills sent too big to swallow like some as well. One other thing to mention is I feel like I can take these later in the day and the caffeine half life doesn’t effect negatively like some other caffeine sources.
