I first heard about this supplement from a doctor on the Zoe podcast discussing menopause. While she’s generally not an advocate for supplements, she approved this one based on the science, specifically because it contains a high level of Genistein, which she recommended for effectiveness. I originally bought it to help balance my estrogen during my periods, not specifically for menopause. However, many reviews suggest it’s great for reducing hot flushes. While it hasn’t solved all my PMS symptoms, I’ve definitely noticed some positive changes. The tender breasts I usually get before my period are gone, as are the cracks in the corners of my mouth that I’d always get before menstruation. My hormonal headaches have lessened, and I’ve noticed a reduction in joint pain and general aches.
