My partner felt opposite though, and thought it tasted better than it smelled. It dissolves well in cold water. I mixed it up per the instructions and it's a pretty tall glass. Good for hydration but hard for me to drink all at once quickly. Honestly, I could do without the artificial sweetener. A small amount of real sugar and no dyes would be preferable. I don't stress too much over that kind of stuff but try where I can to cut back on unnecessary ingredients.

In the past when I’ve tried other brands I felt incredibly jittery and even got itchy sometimes. I had none of those side effects with this formula. I also could really tell a difference in my energy and strength during my workout. I did a peloton ride after a glass of this and surpassed my previous highest output record. I like that there’s lots of vitamins and electrolytes added and the taste is pretty good too. The formula mixes well when I used an electric frother. Overall I’m really impressed with this creatine formula and I will continue to use it.
