Love megafood products! This supplement is very easy to take and digest. I'm sensitive to most supplements and they hurt my stomach, but I have no issues with this brand.

It takes at least 60 - 90 days to feel the difference, but it's worth the wait. It's important to take Magnesium with any D3/K2 vitamins to ensure proper calcium metabolism. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for affordable, good quality vitamins or supplements.
