I bought this 2 weeks ago , and do not recommend. I have straight , short hair and am very dissappointed with styler. It will blast dry hair , however other attachements do not style hair easily or leave a shine . The lead is also very short. It weighs heavy. The on/off button position at the top which mean it turns off when using the styler
Happy with the product but as a beginner to hair styling, the instructions for use are minimal.
I am so sad to have bought this and learn there is no flyaway attachment like previous Dyson airwraps. I loved my old flyaway attachment and this one just has a straightener for smooth styles, but it is just not the same.
The brush that came with is already broken, the older version is more durable, i regret upgrading
Not working just after one time used.
I used it today for the first time to dry my hair & the brush came apart! I contacted Dyson & was told it was wear & tear!!! Really for first time use? They asked me to return it to Macys! Shame on Dyson! It’s too expensive for the brush to come apart!
Unit is much bulkier and heavier than I anticipated. Not great for fine hair. Got it as a gift - would not have bought this myself.
The hair dryer is worth using every time i washed my hair,saves alot of time by drying it quickly.
I’ve had this for about 6 months. I have short hair just above my shoulders so it a bit harder to style with things like curls. The straightener doesn’t really work at all with short hair it doesn’t clamp hard enough or high enough to do the job which is disappointing because it was an expensive add on. I’m hoping I see value when I eventually let my hair grow long.
I don’t like it. It’s not as easy as they let on. If you can’t style your hair now this is not going to change your life like I thought it would. I don’t find the app useful. I have never regretted a purchase more.
