I first heard of mega food through an online influencer. She talked about how her iron levels improved without any side effects. So by the time I got pregnant and my doctor said I need to be on pre natals and take iron supplements, I tried mega food and I’m so glad I did. I’m in my third trimester with twins and my iron levels are on point and the pre natals that I take work very well for me. There’s no weird smell like you get from other brands. It never caused nausea or made me feel funny. I’m very satisfied with my purchases. I’ve also since bought multivitamins for 55 + plus for my mom and also iron pills for her and also recommended the pre natals and iron pills to my cousin.

I’m 22 weeks pregnant, the vitamins don’t make me sick and my nails and hair are getting stronger. I hope they help my baby health
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a lot of prenatal vitamins over the course of three pregnancies. These MegaFood ones are great! No fishy taste, and I really appreciate that I do not need to take them with food. I also love the glass bottle. I only wish that they contained DHA! If they did, it would be an easy 5 stars. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for the opportunity to try these vitamins!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] MegaFood Baby & Me 2 is a noticeable step up from a standard prenatal vitamin. I appreciated that it includes both folate and choline, two ingredients that are especially important for baby’s brain and spinal cord development and aren’t always included in prenatal formulas. The amber glass bottle is a thoughtful touch, since it helps protect the vitamins from light exposure and supports ingredient stability. The tablets themselves have a grainy texture rather than a traditional gel capsule, which may appeal to anyone who prefers a more whole-food-style supplement. I also noticed positive changes within a few weeks of taking them, including stronger nails and healthier-looking hair. While the recommended dose is two tablets per day with a beverage, I personally took one daily with a meal because that fit my routine better. Overall, the ingredient list feels comprehensive, and I like that the product is non-GMO certified and tested for pesticide traces. For expectant mothers looking for a prenatal vitamin that feels more premium and thoughtfully formulated than a generic option, MegaFood Baby & Me 2 is highly recommended. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this vitamin.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this vitamin. The bottle is made of glass. It looks and feels very high quality. I started taking it and I feel like after two weeks I can tell my hair, skin, and nails are healthier. I am still breastfeeding my youngest baby and with multiple kids in the house I feel like sometimes I don’t eat enough nutrients so taking this really helps me feel like I’m taking care of myself. I am skeptical about new supplements because it can make me nauseous but I didn’t have any nausea with this medication. It was super easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I would buy this in the future. I love the ingredients and love that it has helped my overall appearance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These prenatal vitamins have wonderful nutrients that moms and babies need during/after pregnancy. I love that they are doctor-formulated and have certifications for safety and purity. Compared to other vitamins, these are great because you can even take them on an empty stomach. My only issue with them is that they are large pills and you have to take 2. These would be 5 stars if you only had to take 1 pill. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received MegaFood Baby & Me 2 through the Stellar Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review. I’m currently 7 weeks postpartum and have been taking it for about a week while breastfeeding. I previously used a different prenatal and switched to try this one, and so far I haven’t noticed a difference in how I feel, which is expected after only a short time. Compared to my previous prenatal, MegaFood is a tablet rather than a capsule, which I find less convenient and harder to swallow. The taste is also slightly unpleasant for me. Formulation-wise, MegaFood includes a broad range of vitamins and minerals. While some of these feel unnecessary for me personally given my fairly balanced diet, I do like that it uses “methylated” forms of certain nutrients, like folate and provides a high amount of choline. It doesn’t however, contain DHA unlike my previous one, so additional supplementation would be needed if it’s important to you. Overall, it’s a solid prenatal, but for me personally, I prefer a capsule form and the inclusion of DHA, which better fit my breastfeeding needs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this vitamin to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I am currently postpartum and we’re hoping for another baby soon. So, continuing a prenatal that is high quality, clean and not filled with junk is very important to me. When I got MegaFood Baby & Me 2 Prenatal Multi, I was so excited. I would consider myself a bit of a supplement snob, and these vitamins passed my check list! I’m thrilled to find folate (instead of folic acid) and methycobalamin instead of cynocobalamin (just to name a few of my favorite things). Plus, it even includes choline and a food blend! Overall, it’s a well balanced supplement with everything a pregnant mama needs! You do have to take 4 tablets a day, however, a huge perk is that you can take these on an empty stomach. This is perfect for women with morning sickness, or even postpartum stress (when you never know how food will go lol!). Overall, this is a GREAT supplement for an affordable price, designed for women and mom’s with hectic schedules in mind.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these prenatals! I am taking these now to prepare my body for pregnancy, but I have also taken them with a previous pregnancy. My favorite thing about this brand is the quality of the different vitamins they include in their prenatal. It is great that they use the active form of folate and they have choline included. I don't get any weird taste from these and I don't have any issues with constipation or stomach upset since starting to take them. They are easy to swallow, I have no issues taking them. I've taken them without food and had no problems. I usually have just a glass of water with them to help wash things down. I actually feel healthier since I started taking them. One of the things I noticed is my fingernails don't break as often. It's a small thing, but I take it as a sign these vitamins are helping my body. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a prenatal they can trust with great ingredients. Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this product in exchange for my honest review.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried my fair share of prenatal vitamins over the last ten years, and this one has been a really great option! My stomach hasn’t been able to handle some other brands, but hasn’t had any trouble with these. They have great ingredients, but my favorite part is that you don’t have fishy burps for the rest of the day (if you know, you know). They do have that typical vitamin smell and are definitely on the larger side, so be advised if you have trouble swallowing larger pills. Overall, though, I would recommend these to any of my pregnant friends. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this vitamin to try.
