Dyson Airwrap i.d. multi-styler Curly+Coily | Prussian blue/Rich Copper

I received this as a gift last Christmas and am yet to figure out how to use it. Very difficult to use and to understand what different air flow directions result in.

Easy to use and unique system. Wouldn’t bother with the additional web i.d. styling option as not necessary, it also means there’s a component on the cord which is cumbersome.

I bought this 5/6 months ago however I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of this product.some of the attachments often fall off while using also the curl function is not as it is advertised. With this price consumer expect a lot better outcome.

Very expensive according to outcomes. The curling part doesn't work well. After half an hour my hair was down. Any regular curling iron gives better results.

I got this as a gift and it stopped working within a week. The red light would go on at the bottom. I tried to trouble shoot everything it could possibly be. Maybe it’s just a bad one? I’m taking back to exchange for a new one. Hopefully this one works.

Really frustrated with the curling barrel. I have tried countless times and followed videos and the barrel is just not grabbing the hair and twirling it. The other heads are good. Nice and quiet and quicker drying than any other dryers I have used.

I ran thru all available trouble shooting instruction. Then called Dyson help line who walked me thru the same troubleshooting steps. Then they walked me through reboot instructions. No avail, they said it needed repair. They also informed me that sometimes when this product remains in inventory too long, it has this problem.
