Ordered them twice. Both were way too small. First time super helpful and helped. Second time I took them back to the store and the associate was very unpleasant and rude. Abe wouldn't listen to me and told me they are in fact the right size.

After a couple of wears the material and a section of the sole at the toe has almost completely worn through, which hasn't happened with any of the much cheaper or well-worn-hand-me-down shoes my child has worn to date. My child has asked if Santa can take the shoes back to his workshop - if only; I contacted the retailer via their impersonal online form with feedback to no avail.
