I purchased what I thought would be the same pattern to replace some that had gotten worn, but the pattern on the new ones isn't as distinct as the original pattern. The difference is quite noticeable to me, but probably not so much to a casual observer.
These are very handy and size wise great for snacks, small desserts etc. Needed more since they are so widely used in my home.
The pattern matched my other pieces in this collection. Wishing they were made of bone china instead for a perfect match.
The Italian Countryside design on the edge of these bread plates is not crisp as my other pieces.

I ordered these to replace plates that had gotten broken/chipped over the years. My set of Italian Countryside is older, maybe 15 years or more, and the new plates are thicker, heavier and the design around the edge of the plate isn’t as distinct as the original plates - maybe the glaze is thicker? I had noticed that the replacement gravy boat I got last year was also thicker and heavier.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointing quality. At least three plates of twelve are so out of flat that when stacked the plate rims touch. They were out of stock for a long time and not worth the wait.
Italian Countryside is a great, classic pattern. The Bread & Butter plates were an addition to the Salad Plates.
