I’m serious about my fun
I’ve been talking this multi for years. It’s an essential part of my nutrition regime. I’m soon to be 68. Over the years I’ve qualified for US Nationals and World Championships in Masters Ironman, and ended up on podiums in many ultra trail races. I demand a lot from my body and serious nutrition and supplementation make it possible.
