Have tried many B Complex
Have tried many B Complex supplements and this one seems to be the right balance of B vitamins for me. Was looking for something lower in Niacin too which is what I was looking for. So far, so good!

I love this product. Have been using it for years now and I love that I can take it without food since it is made with real ingredients. I have a sensitive stomach and in general mega food products are the only ones that I can take and absorb well.
