It's a good idea to add along with your flora
This is a perfect product to take along with your probiotics, which is good because it helps feed the probiotics and builds them up faster.

Did you know you needed a pre with the pro?
My stomach problems are gone! I feel better than I have in a long time because I am taking the prebiotic along with the probiotic daily. I used to take it on its own, but it didn't do much for me. I am very happy with this product.
